Hi, I'm Peyton and I am currently a junior at ACHS, and I want to help my peers accomplish their goals of receiving a college education! Pursuing your dream career path is an opportunity I believe students should be able to achieve. So many people have the mindset and passion to follow through with their goals, their only set back being the funds provided to them, something they cannot control. It is our goal, to allow theses students with the chance to attend college. We want to raise funds throughout the school year in order to provide scholarships to ACHS students with financial need. We understand that college is a great expense, but it also has great benefits. We want to give students these benefits through scholarships, allowing them to achieve their career goals. About the Scholarship Fund of Alexandria
Since 1986, thanks to the generosity of the Alexandria community, the Scholarship Fund of Alexandria has awarded more than $20 million in new and renewed scholarships to over 5700 Alexandria students with financial need in pursuit of their college and career goals; hard working and high achieving students who might not otherwise have the chance to attend college. The Scholarship Fund of Alexandria provides career, and financial aid advising to ALL Alexandria City High School students and families. At today's Alexandria City High School (formerly TC Williams), two out of three students live at or below the federal poverty level. Just one scholarship can mean generations of financial stability and success for an Alexandria student and their family. Want to help make a difference?
