THERE'S STILL TIME TO JOIN US TONIGHT! Register to attend and you will receive the Z O O M coordinates immediately. Salud to the holidays!

Our {v i r t u a l} Women's Holiday Soirée will be a celebration of Alexandria's fabulous women, a celebration of the Holidays and a celebration of community. Students need our support this holiday season...now more than ever before.

We'll GATHER TOGETHER {a t h o m e} and Get Hygge -- the Scandinavian word for a quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being.

We'll learn some great @home holiday entertaining tips for @home cocktail making, @home cooking and entertaining with your family, and @home tips for decorating and floral design from special guests. Thank you to Erin White & Mindy's Catering, Amy Bertles and Lily and Lilacs Floral Design, and Alexandria Restaurant Partners for joining us to provide @home holiday entertaining tips!

We'll have a PRIZE RAFFLE, with winners being selected during the ZOOM, (must be present to win!), we'll hear form a grateful student who is in college today thanks to an SFA scholarship. And we'll give a special shout out to the attendee with the MOST HYGGEE Set-Up @ home! Special thanks to Mindy's Catering, Reunions Gift Shop, The Shoe Hive, Kiskadee Boutique and Lily and Lilacs Floral Design for donating raffle prizes!

WHY WE GATHER The entire event is meant to bring the community together for the holidays, but also to support college scholarships for local students with financial need. Simply put, the need for scholarship support in Alexandria has never been greater in our 34-year history than right now.

COVID-19 and COVID economics are hitting local families with financial need the hardest. These are the very same students and families we serve. Add to that the unique challenges of virtual learning for these students and you can see the crisis that is building. There is great need in our community, but also great promise. Thank you to all who support scholarships for bright, hard working students in Alexandria.

Thank you. Happy Holidays and hope to see you at the Soirée!
